• To facilitate catering and event bookings between Clients and Partners
• To process payments and manage escrow accounts via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts)
• To improve our platform, detect fraud, and ensure security
• To communicate platform updates and, with your consent, marketing messages

3. Data Sharing

We share personal information only as necessary to operate the Service:

• With Partners: Client contact details are masked until a menu is accepted
• With Stripe: Payment information for processing transactions
• With service providers: Email delivery (Resend), hosting, and analytics
• As required by law: To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe), encrypted storage of sensitive fields (e.g., tax IDs), and role-based access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.
